Zeylon Trails travel arrangements are confirmed only after the agency and client agree on the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, dates and final quotation. Because our Sri Lankan tours are highly customized to individual preferences, prices are intentionally not displayed on this website. All proposals are subject to availability at the time of official confirmation.

2. Communications and Email Marketing

By utilizing our booking panels or subscribing to our updates, you acknowledge our procedures for handling your communications. Users who opt-in via our consent checkboxes agree to receive promotional materials and newsletter emails regarding our latest travel packages, destination guides, and updates. We do not edit, alter, or manipulate any rating or written review submitted by a client. 4. Payment and Cancellations

All cancellations and refunds are subject to our standard cancellation tiers, which include strict non-refundable periods during peak seasons (December, January, July, August). Zeylon Trails acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other local service providers in Sri Lanka. While we meticulously select our partners, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, delays, or losses incurred during the execution of these third-party services. We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their journey.
